Choose your July fitness challenge
Join one (or both) of our monthly challenges on the DeakinMOVES app to hit your 30 minutes of daily movement and compete against your friends. We’ve got some great prizes up for grabs! See the app for full details.

  • Let Fly July fitness challenge: Whoever runs the highest number of km will win a $50 Rebel voucher!
  • Mid-year MOVES fitness challenge: Everyone who completes 20K of MOVES during the month will win a FREE Body Scan session!


Winter wellbeing from home
If you’re studying online or looking to decompress from home, take advantage of our free online wellbeing classes! Register below to join your live session(s) via Zoom.

  • Monday: Yoga, 12.15–1pm
  • Tuesday/Thursday: Meditation, 10.15–10.30am
  • Wednesday: Pilates, 12.15–1pm.


Get strong, stay safe
Every Wednesday morning from 7am–10am, DeakinACTIVE provides a Safe Space inside our facilities that is welcoming and accessible to all. We invite all students and staff who may be neurodivergent, part of our LGBTIQ+ community and/or who may have a mental or physical disability, to come and train with us at no cost and with no obligations.
