Our Core workouts will focus on exercises that use your body without support – like push- ups, sit-ups, and abdominal crunches. These exercises will strengthen and train your lower back, hips, abdomen and pelvis to work together for better balance and stability.
Our Tabata high intensity interval training workout is based on eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds with a brief rest period of 10 seconds. Work hard and get your sweat on.
HIIT (High Impact Interval Training) is a cardio style of workout with short bursts of very hard work. Our high-intensity training is guaranteed to kick up the intensity of your cardio and push you to the max during every set.
Our Metafit classes are a high-intensity workout based on a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in!
Our Boxing workouts will torch up to 600 calories an hour while sculpting your arms, shoulders, core, and legs. This full body workout requires extreme focus to nail those punch sequences, so is also an excellent way to train your mind and body too.
Our Mat Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements, emphasising proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Our Yoga classes will have you moving your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind.
Relaxing meditation to calm the body and mind and focus on our breath to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
Indoor cycling or Spin, focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel.
Skill X is a class which incorporates different types of training (cardio, strength and HIIT) into one session. It is essentially a great way to get a full body workout in a short training session.
Our Group Fitness classes will be offered in the group fitness rooms in our fitness centres, as well as outdoor classes on offer (weather permitting).
