Active Ageing
Active Ageing is an exciting exercise program for the senior community to improve physical strength and fitness. There is no age limit on exercise! Whether you are 60 or 90, exercise can help you to get fit, stay strong, and improve your health and wellbeing.
Our Active Ageing social group exercise classes are the perfect space to improve your functional balance, strength and flexibility alongside other like minded people in a social and engaging environment.
Your accredited instructor will develop a tailored exercise plan, just for you! You can then work towards your goals in a fun and friendly group setting, with support and encouragement to become stronger and fitter. The Active Ageing progressive training program can help improve your:
Balance – Cardiovascular Fitness – Muscle Strength – Coordination – Endurance – Wellbeing
Membership
$12 per week
- Access to all 4 classes (Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri)
- Access to Gym, Consultations, and Programs.
- No commitment (No lock-in contract, cancel immediately anytime)
