- 20 years as a soccer coach and Personal Trainer helping working professionals, post natal, rehab, athletes and everything in between

Biggest achievement as a PT
My clients are my inspiration. I love seeing my clients’ confidence grow. Teaching them about their body and mind is very rewarding. Training a mother up to complete her first marathon. Rehabilitating another client back from a complete Achilles rupture.
