Why I became a Personal Trainer

I got involved in the fitness industry because I couldn’t imagine doing a job that involves sitting at a desk for 8 hours every day. I’ve always been active and enjoyed movement, so it seemed like the natural progression.
I’m passionate about helping people, and love being able to assist others in achieving their goals, unless their goal is to lose muscle, and yes, I’ve been asked to help with that before!
