Why I became a Personal Trainer
I started going to the gym at a young age as I was never particularly interested in sports. When I was 17 I started taking spin classes and shortly after, completed my cert 3 & 4 in fitness. I love the positive energy exercise creates and to provide those I train with that buzz and feeling of achievement is so rewarding. My training objective is to one day work with clients that have experienced hardship, disease or complex health conditions because I believe exercise should not be exclusive to those with fit and able bodies. Exercise has so many positive effects on the body, mind and soul and I want to be able to share that with as many people as possible.
